When it comes to Christmas/Holidays movies, my all time favorite is Home Alone. I have also liked GroundHog Day. Although, i'm not sure if winter equinox can be categorized as a holiday .
I am wondering what other movies are out there worth watching? I would like to hear your suggestions.

Thanks

My favorites tend to be those that get played on TBS all the time: Nat'l Lampoon's 'Christmas Vacation', 'A Christmas Story', and 'It's a Wonderful Life'. I actually don't even mind 'The Preacher's Wife' (remake of 'The Bishop's Wife').

Also- Bad Santa, Elf, and Scrooged are good comedies.

Cartoon version of Dr. Suess' The Grinch. I have to watch it every year. Along with Christmas Vacation and Elf. I try and catch A Christmas Story at least once also.

More recent but less awesome xmas movies: Christmas with the Kranks, Deck the Halls, Fred Claus, Four Christmases...most of which can be found on tv this time of year...

I'm also a sucker for made for tv movies (lifetime and abc family) - it's a guilty pleasure, can't help it!

I like Santa Baby and Santa Baby 2. I guess it is my guilty pleasure to watch Jenny Mccarthy.

I also like to watch the old stop motion animation shows with my kids like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. I watch those as a kid.

Of course I love "A Christmas Story" like everyone, but I have to admit, even though everyone seems to HATE this movie, because well, it IS terrible and hokey, but I love "Jingle All The Way" with Arnold Schwartz, Sinbad and Phil Hartman in the Twin Cities. hahah I can't help it and I even know it'sbad(ly good!)
