Default Technology Companies in the Twin Cities

I am considering a move to the Twin Cities and am in the process of trying to identify job opportunities. Specifically, I am looking for a managerial position at a technology-based company. I hold an MBA and an engineering degree, so think of something along the lines of 3M, where there are ample opportunities for technical management staff. But what other technology-based companies (large or small, well known or startup) are there in the Twin Cities??? Anything in the clean energy (particularly wind) sector would be ideal.

Here are some I am already aware of. I'd love to hear your insight on some hidden gems that might not be as easy to discover for an outsider. Many thanks.

3M
General Mills
Best Buy
Target
Cargill
Medtronic
Imation
Xcel Energy

I was looking at the Canadian immigration site lately (only out of curiosity) and one of the job categories they are desperate to fill are technology managers, believe it or not....if you have experience and are between 21-49 you're practically in.
