Default Moving to Savage

My family is moving to Savage in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much time to plan for my commute to Edina (on France). I need to be to work by 7:30 am. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Shouldn't be any more than 30 minutes.

I agree. HWY 13 and 169 can be a pain in the bottom though.

So why Savage when you are working in Edina? Just curious?

I also agree that highway 13 is a mess but there aren't a lot of choices coming out of Savage.

Actually, depending on what side of Savage you are on - there are two options. One is 13 west to 169 to 494 east to France and the other is 13 east to 35W to 494 west to France. Since you have to be to work by 7:30 you should leave at 6:45 and try both routes. Mondays and Fridays are not good indicators - do the test on T-Th.

I'd say 45 min to be safe. 30 might be pushing it... especially during rush hour.

Why on earth would you want to live in Savage?
