Why is the WORLD does everybody think CALIFORNIA is the BEST state? Minnesota has ALL the seasons not just SUMMER and SPRING! I'd get sick and tired of warm, Wouldn't you?

I agree with the above opinions of May through October. Seriously, if I had the money, there would be nothing stopping me from going some place warm during the winter, except maybe during Christmas. I can't handle it anymore, and I am 28!

California is not the best state. Overpopulated, in a financial mess, and geologically unstable.
HOWEVER, California has a wonderful climate, second only to Hawaii.
I agree with the previous opinions. May through October in Minnesota is fine. November through April sucks.

April was really nice this year (60's and 70's) though and seems to be most years so I would include April as well in the nice category

Not just May through October, but all year long for me. I look forward to getting the snowmobiles and snowboards out again at the end of the year.

I have to live where its cooler or a very short summer because I cant take the heat. I;m complaining already and the hot weather is just beginning.
