I know in the 80's it was Woodbury. I think it is Rosemount now though .

I also believe New Market may be the fastest based on percentages since its so small. Other Cities that I know that are growing fast are: Rogers, Hugo, Shakopee, Big Lake, Farmington, Savage

Here are some stats from the census.gov i looked up for Shakopee, Rogers, Rosemount, and New Market. Rogers growth in the last 15 years almost 900%
Shakopee
2005 2000 1990
Population 31,233 20,568 11,739
Rogers
2005 2000 1990
Population 6,042 3,588 698
Rosemount
2005 2000 1990
Population 19,311 14,619 8,622
New Market
2005 2000 1990
Population 982 332 227

Now that County Road 2 is 4 lanes into New Market I am sure it will continue to grow. I am curious what the current population is in New Market. The city of Rosemount has a population ticker on it's website, the current population is 22,217.

Probably exurbs. Whatever the next city past Rogers is on I94 going west, the next city past Forest Lake on I-35 going north, and the next city past Lakeville on I35 going south. I'd also say the next city past Hudson on I94 going east, but that'd put us into WI.

Outside of the TC metro...I would say St. Cloud has to be near the top. That place has grown so much since I left 5 years ago!
