Good Town homes near University of St. thomas Saint Paul
Folks --
Has anybody lived/knew good single family town homes near university of st. thomas 55105 ...
It could be in the bus route as well.

Macalester/Groveland is a high demand area near St. Thomas, but it's mostly houses.

You could also try Cathedral Hill. There are some newer properties in that neighbourhood altho it's a little further away.
