Where are some of the best places that you have been when eating the best breakfast you have ever had??

Maybe a small cafe in Europe, or London, but where was the best breakfast that you have ever had?

Do you eat there often?
Uncle Louis' Cafe - (West) Duluth, MN (RIP)
First Watch - Tampa, FL - excellent sourdough French Toast
Duluth Grill - Duluth, MN
Papa Don's - Superior, WI (very cheap, but delicious)

European breakfasts are not as good as American breakfast in my opinion. They're way less sweet (and breakfast is SUPPOSED to be sweet!), for one thing, and in the South of Europe, "breakfast" often consists of a bitter cup of coffee and maybe a roll (and let's not forget a pack of cigarettes).
