Ahh, well we must just be a few days away. Usually by May 1 the trees are in bloom. I hate the look of dead trees

Last April was highly unusual in being so warm.

..and...?? Just because last year was unusually warm, doesn't mean that the weather isn't a pain right now...

I know that last April was nice, but to have an April like last year's followed by an April like this year's it's just painful.

Did I say anything about it being normal temps last year?

All I'm saying is that a nice April like last year followed by the increasingly nagging April of this year is a little annoying

Last April above average, this April below average. The below average temps here combined with warmer air in the south is what is responsible for the massive tornado outbreaks so far this spring.

Looks like I was right with what I said to you about the Minnesota weather/climate.

The next 3 days lows will be around freezing(33 degrees) with a chance of snow. And it is going to be Early May but still dealing with winter like stuff.
I heard last year, Minnesota had to still with remnants of winter in May too.

For someone that doesn't like cold weather, Minnesota is one of the worst place to be for like 8 months of the year.

You're making fun of Minnesota weather and you are from Seattle! LOL! If thats not the pot calling the kettle black.
Everytime I see a national weather map I think to myself, thank God I dont live in the Pacific Northwest... I'd take our weather over that crap any day of the year.

Its been a cool, wet spring because of la nina, but the pacific NW has also been cooler.

Btw. It hasnt snowed here since late March and there is no snow in my forecast. Windy and 51F tomorrow, but sunny and 60's the next few days. I need to mow the lawn tomorrow.
