Default which one will affect property resale---city well,water tower,or both?
I am very interested in a house,but found city well is at the corner of the community(not the house I am interested in).The community is small,only 30-40 houses around.Which one will affect property resale---city well,water tower,or both?

I don't understand the question. Does the property you're looking at have city water & sewer or well & spetic?

Not sure what a water tower has to do with it? Is the tower affecting the veiw from the property?
