Default Summer retirees.
I have some retired friends who want to get outta the summer heat in AZ and make a 2nd home move to the Twin Cities areas.
I guess the questions asked are: What areas/communities are there for retirees 65-70 years old. Condos or small home. Price range, rental or buy? Amenities.
Yes they drive and are active. They would like to be there from maybe June to Sept.
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for Senior buildings, there are alot around 66th Street and Lyndale. Bloomington, Richfield and Edina have tons of seniors, as do alot of inner suburbs.
