Default Travelling from Minneapolis to other Cities

Hello,

I'll be in Minneapolis next march/april on a trip. And i was looking to go and visit Mount Rushmore in SD. As I don't want to rent a car because i'm not used to driving through several feet of snow and icy roads i tried to find if greyhound offers a service between Minneapolis & Rapid City.....they don't. Is there anyone who was any suggestion for me to get there and back?? I don't want to fly either cause i'm paying already a lot for several other flights on my trip.

Freek

Look at Jefferson Bus Lines. They tend to have more service to that area. Also, chances are having much snow that time of the year is slim and driving on the interstate to Rapid City there won't be any snow on the roads, unless there is a freak blizzard but even then the roads will be clear after a day.

My brother took the bus from here to western Montana and it was Jefferson Bus from Mpls to Rapid City and Greyhound the rest of the trip.

Just a warning: it's about a 12 hour car or bus trip out to Rapid City from here and the bus leaves at about 7 AM.
