Is it true that sale of alcohol, on and off is completely prohibited in Edina?

Also is it true that Dakota county has alcohol laws far stricter than the state ones?

Edina is strict with alcohol, but there are municipal liquor stores, and a few bars within restaurants. I can't say about Dakota Co.

I don't think Dakota County has any laws that are different then the rest of the state. What have you heard? I have never heard that Edina is a dry town either.

Well, the whole state has a 1:00 closing time (Minneapolis might be later, can't remember) so Dakota county isn't anything unusual.

Minneapolis IS at 2. So is every other city in the state I've ever gone to bars in.
