Post This is not the BEST interest of our town

Not less than One month ago I was sitting at A Bricelyn Council Meeting when the "need for 2 TWO Council members was talked about. Vicki & Rhonda (current council members ) stated even though in the past members have been appointed with out cause, this time Because they are aware of the disappointment of the way the last appointment was conducted, they wanted a way to filter candidates so the best qualified candidates would be decided on, to fill the open spots.I just now have left the meeting this evening, and all I can SAY IS ....... what total BS. the truth is, or seams to be... you just have to be there friends and a follower to their needs to be appointed.
they sent out question for candidates to be eligible to fill any of the open positions ( this was done to fool the people to believe they had the right intention) There was ^ six interested candidates, only 4 of them answered the questions and turned them in to the city.
The council with out consideration appointed two (2) new members this evening one (1) of which did not even submit any answers to these questions and the other is a summer time resident.
I personally DO NOT think they even tried to pick the BEST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES, they just appointed their friends! Now what is to come of our town?
MAKE YOUR OWN OPINION

But it seams Like High School politics

How come everybody votes for the same people and why don't you agree with them? Does this cause you any problems getting along with your neighbors? And where is Bricelyn exactly?
