If we move there, I can promise you I will be driving under 10 miles an hour for the first few winters. I've never driven in snow...terrified of accidents. Just go around me, nicely. I'll pull over if I am blocking too much traffic. Deal?

I think that is just a winter driving proverb. but yes i agree, the feeling when you loose control of your car at a high speed sucks.

Good idea. don't worry about pulling over if you think you are blocking traffic, just keep going at your own pace.... i was driving 20mph on some roads on my way to work Monday morning.
