I heard a few weeks ago tidbit of a story of a moose down in Southern MN. What happened to that moose, then someone told me it had died,

anyone know more details?

I felt so sad when this story came out.

I wish they could have saved it.

A moose was seen in the Lanesboro/Peterson/Rushford area in December. I have not read that this one is known to have died. Here's a link to see it: Loose moose wanders through Lanesboro backyard - KTTC Rochester, Austin, Mason City News, Weather and Sports

I never saw one the whole time I lived up north so I keep hoping this one will trot by . . .
