New stores coming to Duluth, anyone know of any? (Rochester: property, construction)

I've looked around and can find nothing. However, you'll notice that the houses are being taken apart slowly bit by bit.

Yes I did notice that. I saw that the garage is gone on the blue house on Myrtle and also that they have a garage on wheels in another lot. I am curious of how these new buildings will be positioned, where the entrances will be, where the signs will be and the DESIGN of the buildings.

Yeah. I've looked around quite a bit, and the contractor's website is stuck in the 90s. Terrible, with no useful info.

The Koehler Organization (TKO Inc.) of Aberdeen, SD. They're the developer, rather.

I just heard that the Target workers are trying to get corporate to build a Super Target in Duluth. They want the new store to be where currently K-Mart, the old Michaels Space and Country lanes is. Lets hope they can get it done!

I find it strange that they would have any say in what Target Corp would build in Duluth. The market will dictate if Duluth can handle a Super Target. Is that the only Target in Duluth?
