Yes, only Target. I have doubt Duluth could support a Super Target, much smaller cities/towns have a Super Target (Alexandria, MN as an example). But I too find it odd that employees would even try and push corporate in any direction, or even could. If so, the more power to em'

No Doubt that Duluth could support a Super Target. I mean for gods sake Rochester has two Super Targets. They also have two Walmart Supercenters. The closest thing Duluth has to a Super Target is the Walmart Supercenters in Cloquet and Superior. They have been talking about a Super Target in Duluth for years.

Also if Monticello, Minnesota, a town of 10,000 can support a Super Target and a Walmart SuperCenter less then two miles away from each other I think Duluth can. Just like if Buffalo, Minnesota, a town of 19,500 people, can support a Walmart SuperCenter and a Super Target that is being built in Otsego, a town less than 5,000 people, which is only three miles away from the Walmart Supercenter. So I definently think Duluth could support a SuperTarget if not two.

The only reason Duluth doesn't have a Walmart Supercenter and Superior does isn't because of any economical reasons. Walmart has been trying to build one here for years on their current Walmart property. Hermantown's just been giving them a hard time about it.

Yes I know that they have been trying to build on the current property. But Walmart Supercenter also said this last time was their last try. Now they wont build there and said they are looking in Duluth.

I wonder where they would build such a large building? Next to Sams Club?
Assuming of course, that they want to be in the mall area.

Does anyone know if Pizza Ranch is planning a Duluth location still? Did anyone hear anything else on Panera?

If remember correctly, you were the one that told us about Pizza Ranch But no, I haven't heard anything about anything really. I'm just anxiously awaiting central entrance road construction.
