Minnesota has a lot to offer, it depends on what you are looking for, do you want big city, farm land, lake life, or deep woods? I think you have to decide what you and your family want with your move to Minnesota. I moved my family to Fargo, ND almost 5 years ago, I grew up in this area on the Minnesota side but moved away for about 10 years. My wife is from Denver and she loves the smaller town feel of Fargo. We think this a great place to raise a family. But we are 3-4 hours from Minneapolis, 1 hour from any number of lakes and woods.
