What is Ideal Toy Company's history in Maple Plain , MN. ? (how much, manufactured)

Can anyone tell me what Ideal Toy Company had going on during the sixties in Maple Plain ? Did they have a factory there ? Offices ? I collect Ideal Toys and have info that has a Maple Plain , MN. address on it . It's for returning broken items . They must have had a big deal there since it's a small community . They went belly up in the seventies .Can anyone help ?

Ideal Toy Company did not have a factory in Maple Plain during the 1960"s

The only toy factory in Maple Plain during this period was Moulded Products. They manufactured hobby horses.

Ideal Toy Company may have been a client of Custom Service Company. They did promotion and marketing/shipping for a large number of business.

Mike, I am looking for the game Shove Off to purchase. A friend of ours has it, but won't part with it, and wondered if you had one, or know where one could be purchased. Want to surprise my 27 year-old son with it, since he still mentions how much he loved playing it on vacation with friends, but have been unable to find it anywhere, even on Ebay. I'm looking for an Ideal doll named Jelly Belly made in 1982. There were 3 of them made and they all have a squishy stomach that smells like a fruit. If anyone has any idea on how i can find my favorite childhood doll, please let me know.
