Hey, this is a totally random thought, but I just wanted to see if anybody else has noticed it too. But I've noticed that in rural areas of all of the state's surrounding Minnesota, especially Wisconsin, the streets in the small towns are USUALLY paved with concrete. But in Minnesota, they rarely are. Any thoughts?

WI allocates more of it’s money into roads and it’s obvious when you drive hwy 70 from MN into WI. The road improves a very noticeable amount once you cross the St Croix. We put more into things like schools, it’s all give and take.
