Cool Local Celebrities

I forget what I was doing and what made me think of this question, but I thought I'd ask you all if you had any stories of local celebrities ("hollywood" type to news personalities) and also if you knew where any local celebs live.

This is just a fun thread to kill time and lighten up the mood...lol...there are enough tension-filled threads, in my opinion.

Where is George Corporal these days? I remeber vividly those bizarre auto glass replacement commercials-- with the free box of Simek's steaks. I bet the guy made a ton of $$$$, sold the company for an even bigger ton of $$$$$, and probably lives in some tropical paradise.

Jessica Lange and Sam Shepard lived in Stillwater on North 4th St. when their kids were in school. They moved to Wisconsin (I think) now that their kids are out of school.

Chuck Logan (author) lives in Stillwater so does oh, what's her name, writes romance novels--can't think of her name now--there goes the rest of my memory .

Vince Flynn (author) lives in Apple Valley--see him at Barnes and Nobel every once in a while.

No way!?! That's cool.

I'm not familiar with those authors...hm, woman writer? Nora Roberts? Danielle Steel? Those are the only woman writers I can think of off the top of my head...
