Thanks for the reminder about the registration process at the schools. Hopefully the negotiation process will be complete in the next day or so and I can begin to move forward. Thanks to all for all of your insight and help with our move to MN!

Similar Situation
I know this does not answer your question, but we are looking for a reputable builder, too. We have heard very good things about David Weekly Homes. If they build in your area, maybe they are worth looking into.

The last couple of years have taught me that there are very few mediocre builders. They are either very good or very poor. I'll leave it at that.
