Just thought I'd offer my two cents on the special airshow preview in Duluth this Wednesday. The Canadian Snowbirds Demonstration team will give a free performance over Lake Superior and if you have the chance you should definitely go see it. I've watched the Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, and Snowbirds over the years at the airshow out here in Portland, and IMHO the Snowbirds put on the best performance. Their planes may be older and slower, but their formations are tighter and very impressive!

This summer the Duluth Airshow will have both the Blue Angels and the Snow Birds. Pretty cool when you see them swooping over the city and the lake. Very loud, I makes me think how scary that noise would be if you were a citizen in Iraq or Afghanistan. Frightening.
