Sartell neighborhoods
Can anyone tell me about these neighborhoods in Sartell?: Celebration and Morningstar. We are in the process of making a major decision about where to live and we have visited houses in both neighborhoods, which seem nice, but now it's time to narrow things down--I want the nitty gritty! We are a family of 4 (two small children, not in school yet). Thank you for any insider info you can share.

I know families that live in both Celebration and Morningstar. I think Celebration is one of the coolest development in the St Cloud area. I really like the old fashioned look with the porches and hidden garages. It reminds me of Liberty on the Lake over in Stillwater. Only less expensive. Homes at Liberty on the Lake are probably $500k-over $1mil and home in Celebration are probably $350k-$700k. My friends are very happy in Celebration.
Because it is such a unique development, I am going to guess that the homes in Celebration are a better investment.
Did you also look at The Wilds? Welcome to Central MN!

Thanks for your input. One concern re: being in celebration--as it is in construction, how is the noise?

I could certainly ask them about construction noise. I think the bulk of the homes are already up. I did notice some larger homes going up on the North end. Are you thinking Celebration? Was there a certain style that you looked at?
