Hello all,

So I could really use some help with my health insurances. I have Minnesota care thru the state that I qualify for. I also have insurance thru my employer (not that good). Now all of a sudden I'm having to pay copays, mri fees, basically everything. I've call my Minnesota care member services an they are saying their using my employers insurance as my primary. Which I guess is OK and makes sense, but why aren't they using my Minnesota care as secondary for my copays and whatever my primary doesn't cover? Is this legal? I don't have the money to pay these bills. Any thoughts or ideas on what I can do.

Thanks everyone for the help. I greatly appreciate it!!
