Question Best place to live round Little Canada?
i currently live out in the country(and LOVE it in the country) by winona. This Fall how ever, i am moving up by saint paul for college. Any one know any good places up there to look for an apt or house to rent that isnt too exspensive? If theres any for rent in the county thats even better, because i have a feeling i would go crazy living in st paul

I think you may find some nice apartments in Little Canada. I had a friend who lived in some very nice apartments near 35E off of County Road B2 over there during college. In fact, I remember some woods being near by. That was 10+ years ago so I'm not sure of the condition of these apartments now. If you want "country" you would have to drive north or some other direction about 30 miles. You could try Forest Lake.

I have friends that live in Shoreview and love it. It seems like a nice area, probably worth checking out.
