Moving to Mn, in August of this year from interior Alaska.. Have property on Norway lake outside of Fergus Falls and Underwood.. building a Modular home.. unsure at this time if we will be staying the two months in Fergus, or Underwood while home is being built.. will need to know of storage places and places to rent '(have one declawed indoor cat) any help would be appreciated thanks so much Margoldi

Good luck! We are also looking into moving out of AZ. We came from NYC about three years ago and the weather in the metro area has gotten us all very sick! While I love AZ (especially the East Valley), I am looking for a different kind of climate. It would be interesting to hear from Minnesota once you make that move.

I would welcome any comments on Minnesota.

About the moving companies, we used Mayflower moving from NY to AZ. It could be pricier than others but you know what? they are reliable. I work in Consumer Affairs (sorry can't say where) and let me tell you.... moving companies are something else. Make sure you check with the better business buerau before you hire anybody.
