Will you be going to the Rally for the Republic since Ventura, Paul and other similarly minded people will be speaking?

It's a little far away for me right now (I don't live up there anymore).

I am formerly of MN, now from TX.

Ron Paul is an intelligent individual. He is an OB/GYN who is trying to make things better. Just because he has Jesse Ventura showing up doesn't mean he likes Jesse Ventura. Maybe he needs entertainment at his rally

Ron Paul tried to run on the republican ticket. I suggest giving his website a gander. Thank god this is America where there are more than 1 person to pick from per party. After reading about him, maybe one may find him to be a voice of reason. Not everybody is happy with the Republican candidate. He already knows he is not going to be president, but sometimes other candidates can bring awareness of issues no one know existed.

I'll bet he has a few ideas and insight on how to turn the state of health care around and not bankrupt the whole US in the process. I'll bet he has some insight to how education should be ran and kids should be taught (he probably has more education than most teachers and leaders combined)!

I've been dealing with work and also some family stuff; haven't had time to check with my friends to see what they said about it. Sorry.

I should be able to report in after work tomorrow.

Dont be sorry. The simple fact that you remembered and are going to try and update us is more than appreciated! Nothing wrong with taking care of the other important stuff.
