Talking Contract For Deed Investor Wanted rural Minnesota
We have been renting a farm for the past 18 Months in Rural Minnesota. We would like to purchase the farm but can not qualify for a conventional mortgage at this time. We need $225,000 to $300,000 to purchase the farm and make the immediate repairs. Where do we find an investor?

It depends on what the qualifying challenges are. Conventional lenders often do not like lending on large acreages or working farms. I have access to USDA Rural Development loans which can often work depending on credit and income qualifying. Feel free to contact me if you'd like more information.
