Realtor wanted
Hello any home sellers out there. My family of 4 (kids 9, 4) and wife will be in Minnesota the week of August 12thth - Friday August 16th on a fact finding trip. We currently live in Seattle Washington. We are looking to move in June of next year. We have nailed down 2 finalists. The suburbs of Chicago (Schaumburg, and surrounding areas) or Minnesota(Bloomington, edina, Hopkins etc..). We will be in Minnesota for a week or so. We are looking for a realtor to show us what our money gets us. We are looking to spend around 350,000 we would also like to find a realtor who might know of some rental homes. We might want to rent for the 1st year, unless we find a home we fall in love with. we are not buying today, but we are not tire kickers. We are really trying to make an informed decision about the areas before we commit to a move. If there are any realtors out there that can spare 1 afternoon of their time to show us some houses that would be great.
