Angry Okay, who booed the White Sox?!

All I have to say is good job!

Here is the story: Twins beat White Sox in game marred by fan unrest - MLB - Yahoo! Sports

I don't what people say about poor sportsmanship or any other garbage. I can't stand those guys. Seriously, I can't. I just wish I was there with you to boo them.

Sorry, but I love the White Sox and completely disagree with you about sportsmanship. What a poor example for the Twins and sports when this article is on the Yahoo News and other major media outlets for all to see. How embarrasing. Even the Twins coach who was ejected felt bad about the situation.

I can understand getting angry and being ejected, but throwing crap on the field and at the players is way out of line. It is bordering on similaritiy to UK Soccer fanatics.

I called my sister (forgot she was at the game) during the 7th inning and could hear some of the craziness not to mention she was trying to recap it for me.

What! it is naive of you to submit this post and not expect a "sportsmanship" debate.

Though I guess I'd say I'm more of a Twins fan than White Sox fan, I'd have to go with newcastle on this one regarding "sportsmanship". It is always embarrassing when a group of misfits get attention and therefore project a "reputation" of sorts for the entire group. Then again, it's yet to be revealed just how "serious" this event really becomes...it could be yesterday's news already or it can draw out and become a stinker for MN. I don't follow baseball too much so I could care less, I suppose.

I would rank these types of situations up there on the annoying scale right along with those psycho parents who can't contain themselves at their kids' sporting events, though!

lol, this probably happen 5 or 6 times a year at Wrigley Field. Not a big deal. It's only making the news here because it's not a common site in the Metrodome.

I was watching it on television, and yes, it was appropriate to pull the players from the field, but there was poor sportsmanship all around--AJ for appealing what was an obvious hit batter, the fans yes, but also Ozzie G. for shouting at fans above the White Sox dugout.
Once the announcement was made however, no additional items were thrown on the
field and the situation did resolve fairly quickly.
And Span got on base anyway.

Yeah, it did get out of hand, but it wasn't as bad as other places. I guess I was just a little surprised by the news.
