Property taxes are collected by the counties in MN. Most counties have detailed info posted on their web sites and you can look up taxes for any address you would like. Sales tax is collected by the state at 6.5%. Hennepin county collects a little extra.
I would look at the city webpage for additional info as well. Most cities have good info posted.
