Default Cost to finish basement?

what would be the approx cost per sq ft to finish a basement?

750 sq ft
1 bdrm
1 3/4 bath
1 kitchenette
8x5 picture window upgrade
sliding glass door upgrade to wood
gas fireplace with brick surround and hearth
cedar steps and shelves

1 interior wall and closet framed
new plumbing for kitchenette
electric, gas, hvac, plumbing work
sheetrock ceiling
tongue and groove pine siding
rustic log accents (6 large, 5 med)
sm log trim around windows and doorways
5 ft log mantle
hickory cabinets for bath and kitchenette
hickory flooring

Any guesstimates would be helpful!! Thanks.

My guess would be at least $40/sq foot.

If you did all the work yourself or at least bought all the materials and just paid an installer I think you could get away at around 30-32/sq Ft. The most expensive part will be the log items. Shop around!
