Default Inexpensive wedding reception site in the twin cities
Hi,

I'm on a tight wedding budget and am looking for a reception site anywhere in the twin cities that is $1000 or less to rent AND allows you to bring in your own food.

Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Check the various VFW halls around the area. They are generally inexpensive and let you bring in food.

Many area churches rent their reception halls--some call them "fellowship halls." I recently attended a wedding and reception at Emmanuel Christian Center in Minneapolis where the couple had rented both the wedding chapel and the reception hall.
