Default Snow coverage in Western Minnesota?

Anyone live in Western Minnesota get any appreciable amount of snow?

Here is snowfall info from NWS MPX (Chanhassen) and NWS FSD (Sioux Falls) for their areas. Highest amounts repoted 5.0 inches in Olivia in Renville county and 5.0 inches in Watertown in Carver county close to the Twin Cities.
4.2 inches was reported in Marshall. 4.5 inches was reported in Madison out in Lac qui parle county.

Observed 24-Hour Snowfall - NWS Sioux Falls, SD

For northwest Minnesota, where NWS Grand Forks covers (where I work) only trace amounts fell. Many areas got 1-2 inches of rain isolated heaver amounts near Grand Forks and Roseau.
