Default elysian re-zoning
Does any one know about new zoning or eminant domain laws being discussed in Elysian regarding lake front property.

My mother-in-law lives on Lake Francis and is a bit confused and concerned about a notice she read in a local newspaper newspaper.

Any news woudl help. she is elderly and scared she may lose her house or at least have the value disappear.

First time i've done this..don't know what to do next.

I would contact the county Planning and Zoning Department, or City if she's within city limits. I'm sure they could shed more light on things.

I have a Degree in City Planning and haven't ever heard much about Elysian Zoning. Do you have any background to her situation, maybe I can help?
