You will want to fill out a Reciprocity Exemption/Affidavit of Resident. This will take Wisconsin tax out of your paycheck instead of Minnesota. If you don't then you will have to file in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. For Minnesota you will file and get all of your taxes back and for Wisconsin you will owe all of that tax out of pocket.
