Wow, I usually complain about the weather up here in the winter, but, today came as a complete shock to me.

Who knew it was going to be like this today? It was so beautiful and warm.

Infact, I walked from my car to the house in a t-shirt. I know, I know: Only in Minnesota. But still, after being used to below zero weather, as well as single digits, teens, and twenties, a 30+ day (actually around 40+ for most of the day) was very very welcome. I didn't have to rush from the car to the store and vice versa today. I enjoyed being outside the time I was outside.

Who feels the same as me?!

Yesterday was perfect! I was out all day running errands and kept finding things to do because I didn't want to go home. I found so many things to do, I was driving with my window DOWN, midway with the stero cranked. Oh, what a gorgeous day. I hope today is the same.

A little warm.. it could have stayed at 30. I don't like these midwinter thaws. Kinda makes things all dirty.

Saturday was awesome. We tried to do a decent amount of walking around the neighborhood but had to eventually stop because we got sick of walking through massive puddles of melted snow. It was nice to get a little dose of what Spring might be like though.

It's funny though, because if we don't go for a vacation during the winter, we forget what it's like to be warm when walking outside.

Today is often beautiful and always a gift... That's why it's called the 'present.'
