Looking for a country setting?
I'm not sure what type of property you're looking for, but we have a newer house on 10 acres just north of Mankato. It's not on the market yet, but we're thinking of selling later this spring or summer. It's a very nice setting, the property backs up to a ravine and has trees on south & east sides. We planted many evergreens & other trees as well as a lilac hedge on the west & north borders of the property. The house is a ranch with a full walkout basement. It has 5 bedrooms plus an office, and 4 full baths. The master bedroom with bathroom & walkin closet is on the main floor as well as a large office. The other bedrooms and 2 full baths are downstairs. There are two fireplaces, one up one down, mostly hardwood floors on the main floor, and a large kitchen with Cambria countertops and lots of storage. There is a large mud room with 5 builtin cubbies off the garage next to the laundry room. There is a large (36' X 36') attached garage that is insulated. There is infloor heat in the garage but it's just not hooked up to a boiler yet. In addition to all this, we have a 1200 sq ft. outbuilding with covered porch & additional storage shed on the property. This has infloor heat and air conditioning, bathroom & office. It's been a commercial kitchen. Most of the kitchen equipment can stay if there is interest. Any interest?
