Bill was last heard from on Tuesday March 27th, 2007. He was reported to be in the Luverne MN area around this time. Bill is 6 feet 1 inch’s tall and weighs 185 pounds, with brown eyes. He is paraplegic and unable to walk. He drove a silver 2005 Silverado pick up truck.
