I have been looking closely at weather across the US for some 9 months now, and I agree that southern Minnesota is NOT as humid as Missouri or Georgia.

I've lived in the Twin Cities and in Atlanta, and Atlanta is somewhat more humid. Although the difference between any given day in mid-summer isn't as great as I was led to expect. Summers just last loooooooooonger down here.
