Default Excavation work in Pine County area?

Hi, Just looking for an idea of what kind of heavy equipment work is available in Pine County MN and surrounding area? We run our own business, bulldozer and mini excavator. My husband has worked in this field for 12 years. I used to live in the area years ago. My memories are that it's a pretty depressed area... Has that changed? My parents are hoping to get us to move back. Thanks for any input.

I know there is already one fairly successful excavating company there, but I'm not sure where they do the bulk of their work. To the best of my knowledge they do some out of state work as well as local work.
