It is probably listed as 2% Hispanic because, I believe, these figures are from the 2000 census, not the 2005 estimate. So there are probably more there now than in 2000. Hummm, Montevideo. Ive been there a few times. The races once years ago and I got lost there a few months ago on my way through there (the layout of the highways are kind of confusing, but its probably just me) It is a historic town that was the big town in the region back in the day (1930's), but hasnt grown a whole lot since. I know that its succeptiable to flooding because of the rivers going through it and they had to relocate a neighborhood because of this. I can't believe they are building super-walmarts in towns as small as Monte and Litchfield to I guess. You would think you would at least need a town of 10K to support that ( I know the one in Marshall is always busy) but, i guess Wally World wont rest until they take over every town in America. but I think their finally over steping their boundaries and have few areas to expand left. Thats pretty much all i know about Montevido.

Old census (2000) AND since many are seasonal migrant workers and/or illegals they do not get counted in the census counts.
