I really liked the NW side of town when we lived there. It is also a bit easier to get on and off the highways and we traveled to the Twin Cities a lot so it was just that much closer.

I don't really know much about that neighborhood, but it looks nice based on where it is. Since you didn't list SE, I'd recommend looking there too. There are some nice neighborhoods in that part of town as well. Just take East Circle Drive to the SE side and you'll see some of them. There's a nice area off Hwy 14 - not sure if they have anything for sale right now - Eastwood Park area. Also farther down Hwy 14, at 50th Ave. SE, there are some areas off there too.
