Need info re: courthouse property sales/Natchez, Ms
My husband will retire in the near future and we are seriously considering moving to Natchez, MS. We visit there often and he has lived there in the past.
We want to find some property for a small farm in the near Natchez area. After a previous divorce for him, our credit has issues. We need to find out about courthouse sales of tax delinquent properties and/or properties financed by owner. We would like to find something that we can start paying on now before his retirement which will be in about 2 years. He has a good job and I work, as well.
