I have not, however; Relo is a great company.
Send me a msg and I will get you hooked up with them.
Best of luck

Hi....Yes, we did use Cendant, and no we didn't have to sell our home before we moved. As soon as you get a definite offer from a buyer, and they put down a "good faith" offer, Cendant will buy the home from you...ie: they will dend you the agreed on selling price, and you won't even have to go to the closing.
Of course you'll have to continue to make the mortgage payments until the above occurs. so that means you may have to rent at the new location until you have a bonified offer. Unless, of course, you don't have to wait for the sale of your home to buy another one.
Hope this helps....

are you in the military or do you work for a corportaion that worked w/cendant. What if the market is not too good, what happens then? I would not want to leave a home unoccupied for too long. thanx.

I relocated under Cendant, which had a corporate agreement with my company. My experiences were pretty good - timely reimbursement of my expenses, relatively no hassles on closing and home purchase, etc.
That's pretty much all I can add. I think other details that you may be asking for are dependent on your own company relocation policy - some will buy your house, some will pay the your interest and tax for your old house until you sell it, etc. Cendant is just a company that handles all the logistical planning of the relocation - getting the moving trucks, getting you a home agent, getting you temporary housing, etc, in accordance with your own companies relocation guidelines, as I understand it.
I think for the questions you are asking you have to check with your companies relo policy.
