Can someone recommend Cajun style restaurants in Biloxi or nearby, i.e. Seafood Gumbo, crawfish, etc.
Thanks |

Emeril just opened his new restaurant at the Island View Casino. That may actually be Gulfport I'm not sure. Another great restaurant in Biloxi is Mary Mahoney's. It's a Gulf Coast Landmark.

Cajun Crawfish Hut is my fave! Try the fried gator.
Mary Mahoney's is excellent but very pricey. $$$$$. |

Is the Hook, Line and Sinker gone? Also, the one on the gulf down by the Ocean Springs bridge. Can't remember the name but had been there for years. Had great food. It was right next to some boat docks. What about the French restaurant that was on Pass Road. (Sorry, but I'm terrible at remembering names!).

I looked up some of the restaurant menus on the Gulf Coast, and it sounds like there are some great restaurants in Mississippi. The fried seafood, fried alligator, and hot buttered French bread is what really sounded good.

Is it back? That was my favorite joint down there. The owner was a Greek from Chicago. If it's back I'll drive down just to eat there. |
