would a college student be allowed to distribute health care questionnairs to mississippi residents through this forum? It is a non profit agency that is asking for the questionnairs to get statistics to help health care in mississippi

No, I'm sorry but this would not be the correct venue for this kind of thing.

Have you checked the internet for this type of information? There are a number of very well-financed non-profits, NGO's, and governmental organizations that have conducted extensive research on health care in Mississippi. Their research and analysis is often readily available online, often for free. You may want to check the following organizations:

Kaiser Family Foundation
Pew Foundation
US Dept of Health & Human Services
Centers for Disease Control
State of Mississippi Health Dept.
US Census Bureau

Thank you. I wasn't exactly doing the study I was just checking into a way for my college student to earn service hour credits and don't really know much about the organization that is circulating the study. I believe it is student driven.
