Default Just finished grad school and want to relocate to Jackson, MS!

Hi,

My husband and I both recently finished Graduate School and are dying to move to the Jackson Metro area. We are having the hardest time finding employment, and we don't want to leave our successful jobs here before we find something around Jackson. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have contacted an employment agency (with no success) and have been sending in resumes to applicable job postings on Career Builder. I never thought it would be this hard for two educated people to find jobs?! He is a business major and I am in the environmental field - any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Why do you want to move to Jackson, Ms.? Where are you moving from? There is a lot of crime in Jackson, there is hardly anything going on, and the salaries are to low for the cost of living. If you still want to move here then I would try usa jobs to find a federal position, but they are few and far between.

Have you tried the Nissan plant in Canton? I think they have a website, but I don't know what it is. There are also lots of other subcontractors for Nissan in that area.
