Unhappy So True

OMG you are so right but don't forget this person is white her kids have never went to school with black kids, she'll fit right in. I have been here six years and like you we bought property here that we can't seen to sell even for the same price we bought it for six years ago. If we don't get out of this town soon I think I will go crazy, I have a degree in the medical field and I can't even get an interview even from Tupelo hospital let alone a job you see I'm not white or black, I have a unique name and that gives me away that I'm not from here so right now I' am unemployed and not happy.

Not a great place to live if you're looking for protection from the law. You'll only get harrassement.
For reference, I lived in Booneville in the early 80's & still have family/ex-family there.

There is A LOT OF TRUTH in this post.

I will highlight the main points of emphasis below, the rest is just frustration from this person.

at all. Most people are inbreds with no culture or class, our home has been up for sale, no fast internet outside city limits.
The city and it's people are 40 years behind
.
This is a looser town.
Your best bet is to move to Tupelo
which through the trace is about 21 miles. When you don't see many people they are all hanging around in Walmart. PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT MOVE HERE. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO MOVE HERE, PLEASE BUY OUR HOUSE SO WE CAN GET OUT OF HERE, I AM SO SERIOUS !!! WE JUST WANT TO RETURN TO CIVILAZATION.

The town is so small, everbody knows everybodies own business
.

(Where is the button to make the font size ENORMOUS for this statement?)

The people here are so UNFRIENDLY. You will live in TOTAL CULTURE SHOCK ON A DAILY BASES. On the news, you will hear alot about insest throught MS...

sincerely yours,
can't wait to get out of BOONEVILLE !!
PS... I KNEW I WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE WHEN WE MOVED HERE. WHEN ON THE HIGHWAY SOMEONE WAS SELLING CORN, BUT THE BIG SIGN READ " KORN FOR SALE "
